09 Oct Bi-Cultural Hebrew Academy Hosts Annual Family BBQ
To celebrate the new school year, Bi-Cultural Hebrew Academy (BCHA) recently hosted its annual family barbecue. Spearheaded by the school’s parent council, the event drew hundreds of families for an afternoon of community, celebration and smiles.
Before festivities began, Rabbi Josh Rosenfeld, BCHA’s Rav Beit Sefer, thanked those in attendance.
“I want to express my gratitude to every member of our administration and the parent council who worked so tirelessly to ensure we had such a great time here this afternoon,” Rabbi Rosenfeld said. “I also want to acknowledge all of the families who are here; we thank you for your dedication and trust and wish you nothing but the best in this new year.”
The school’s administration, joined by talented student volunteers, prepared a festive feast. Afterwards, families enjoyed lawn games, arts and crafts and face painting.
