15 Dec BCHA Hosts Award Winning Comedian Alex Edelman
On Sunday, December 7th, BCHA parents, faculty, staff, and local community members gathered at the PepsiCo Theatre at SUNY Purchase for an evening of comedy celebrating the school’s 70th anniversary.
Guests arrived for a brief pre-show reception, where people caught up over light food and drinks before heading into the theater.
The night’s headline act, Tony and Emmy-award-winning comedian Alex Edelman, known for his sharp, observant humor and thoughtful storytelling, delivered a poignant set that had the audience laughing throughout. Fresh off his role in NBC’s new series The Paper and riding the success of his acclaimed HBO special Just for Us, Edelman brought a mix of smart commentary and personal anecdotes that resonated with the crowd.
The event was a fitting way to mark BCHA’s 70th year: a chance for the adults who make up its community to connect, laugh, and share in a memorable evening together.
