24 Sep BCHA Students Stand Together at the United Nations
On Wednesday, September 23rd, BCHA students in grades 7-12 gathered at the United Nations alongside parents, community members, and staff for a rally against antisemitism. Students traveled together by bus directly after school, arriving ready to be part of a meaningful moment for the Jewish people.
The evening was a powerful showcase of BCHA’s Jewish pride and its deep commitment to Jewish life. It also brought this year’s schoolwide theme, Am Echad B’Lev Echad, one people with one heart, to life in a very real way. From the school’s newest middle schoolers to its seniors, students stood shoulder to shoulder with their teachers, their families, and the wider community, experiencing firsthand what it means to stand up for Am Yisrael.
The opportunity was brought to BCHA by Sandi and Stuart Waldstreicher, whose generosity and dedication made the experience possible. The school is deeply grateful to them for giving its students the chance to take part in something so significant.
BCHA thanks all of the students, parents, faculty, and community members who joined. Their presence made a powerful statement, and it made the entire school community proud.
