Bus Update Policy

We will send a message via WhatsApp to alert you if a bus is running late in the afternoon and has not departed by 4:05 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 1:30 pm on Fridays. We will send another update once the bus has departed from school.

In between these updates, you can track the bus using the FirstView app. If the app is not working for you, you may also call First Student Dispatch at 203-325-8538 to find out the bus’s current location.
